Ranking the Least Intelligent Presidents in U.S. History

In 2006, a professor of psychology at the University of California at Davis, Dean Simonton, ranked the least intelligent presidents in U.S. History. He estimated President Grant’s I.Q. was 120 (above average for the population, but the worst of all United States presidents).
